The Melbourne is a self contained unit providing ample accommodation for up to 10 birds. The house itself is raised up from ground level giving an extensive weatherproof run area allowing a feeder to be placed under the floor area of the house. A large access door is placed in the front of the house to allow for easy cleaning of the house. A large front door gives easy access to the run area. There are three weather proof external collection nest boxes. The Melbourne is an all in one unit, ideal for breeding programmes and where space is at a premium.
A new extention run is now available for the Melbourne which gives a lot of extra room for the birds. When fitted the total run length is 12 foot x 43"

Build Specifications

Treatment: All of the timber used in our units is TANALITH pressure treated to give a life span of up to 25 years without maintenance.
Floor: The floors fitted are of tongue and groove construction. All boards are machined to 12mm on a 38 x 38mm frame.
Cladding: Imported red wood tongue and groove ship lap is machined to a thickness of 12mm.
Frame: Frames are constructed with either planed 38 x 38mm or 50 x 38 depending on the size of unit.
Metal work: All screws, hinges, nails, bolts etc are galvanised or plated.
Roof: 12mm tongue and groove construction covered with 20kg mineral felt, where applicable.

UK Delivery
The cost of delivery to most UK mainland addresses is included in the price. Additional delivery charges apply to Scotland, Devon and Cornwall. If you live in these locations please tick the appropriate option when you order.
International Delivery
The published delivery costs for none-UK orders are an estimate. Delivery for non-UK orders is priced on an order-by-order basis and the customer will be advised if there are any additional delivery charges. Where this is the case we will let you know these charges and confirm your acceptance before we process your order. When ordering select the "England and Wales" delivery option.
All units are shipped flat packed on a pallet with full assembly instructions.
