IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT DELIVERY PRICES
Delivery costs quoted above are based on our best estimate, however cost vary for each order. Sometimes we may need to increase the delivery charge to cover costs, specifically for remote locations, vaccines (which may require cool chain delivery) and smaller orders (where our small margins do not allow us to absorb the additional cost). Where this is the case we will contact you to discuss any additional cost. At this point you can either accept the additional cost or cancel the order free of charge. If you feel this may apply to your order checkout using the "Pro Forma" option. This allows you to place the order before you pay. We can then contact you to discuss your requirements.
Speed of Delivery
Due to the remote nature of some locations delivery may take a number of days. If you need products urgently please contact us and discuss your requirements.
